Who Actually Defeated Nazi Germany?

There’s this saying: “WWII was won by American Steel, British Intelligence and Russian blood.”

The absolute Powerhouse of an economy that was the United States produced a retarded number of trucks and jeeps (for russians), fighter planes (for the british) as well as ships, machine guns and other war-related trinkets. If you’ve ever played a strategy game where you mine resources and produce as much crap as possible to defeat the other army, well - let’s just say America captured all the bases on the map, mined the shit out of them and maxed out their supply. Even as hundreds of factories in Russia were being destroyed by german armies and as Britain was losing hundreds of fighter planes, they needn’t worry as the US kept replacing them.

The Brits pulled off a classic MI6 James Bond style heist by cracking German codes and intercepting messages. They even managed to keep this on the D/L and prevent the Germans from knowing, thus allowing them to provide invaluable information throughout the war to the allies. Knowing what your opponent is going to do next? Huge freakin’ advantage. It was also the British fighter pilots that effectively took the German Air Force out of the picture, which they paid for with their lives. Last but not least, the Soviets went toe to toe with the absolutely insane war machine that was the Nazi Army and Luftwaffe (air nazi’s). Almost 24 million Soviets died in WWII, which is just an incredibly astounding number that I can’t even fathom. Soviet women were fighting, civilians of each city became soldiers as the Germans approached and fought to the death. If a city looked to be captured, they would burn it to the ground as to not give the Germans a single place to rest and re-supply. The fighting spirit of the Sovietsshould never be called into question.
